A: Follow these steps:

1. Go to the Miva Support Portal.

2. Click on "Join Community"

3. Fill out the form to be added to the Telegram community.

B: If you are yet to be added to the community after five working days of filling out the form,

1. Click “Get Help”.

2. Select “Make a Request”.

3. Enter your Student ID.

4. Under Request Type, select “Student Community”.

5. Under Sub-type, select “Join Student Community”.

6. Add a short message (e.g., “I’d like to join my cohort’s group – May 2024”).

7. Click Submit.

 Joining ensures you receive updates and can engage in discussions relevant to your studies.

2. Click “Book Your Spot”.

3. Fill in the online booking form.

4. Submit the form and wait for your confirmation email.

• Make your booking at least 24 hours in advance.

• Bring your Student ID or proof of enrolment (digital copy is fine).
