1. How do I book a guidance and counselling session?
It’s simple!
- Log in to the LMS and go to your Dashboard. 
- Open the course GC 101 – Guidance and Counselling (all students have access to this). 
- In the course menu (left-hand side), click the link to book a session. 
- Check the available times and pick one that suits you. 
- Fill in the reason for your booking (so your counsellor understands your needs). 
- Confirm your booking. 
You’ll get a confirmation email with a call link, and it will also appear on your calendar.
2. How do I attend my session?
When it’s time for your session:
- Open the call link sent to your email OR click the link directly from your calendar. 
- This will connect you to your counsellor at the scheduled time. 
3. What if I need to cancel a session?
No problem!
- Go back to the same booking interface you used to schedule the appointment. 
- Select the option to cancel your booking. 
4. Can I rebook another session after cancelling?
Yes! ? You can use the same link to book another available time slot that works better for you.
Tip: Always try to book ahead and be clear about your reason for the session. This helps your counsellor prepare to give you the best support.
