Requesting Official Letters (Introduction, Attestation and English Proficiency)
Who is this for? Currently enrolled learners who need official documentation.

Enrolled learners can request official letters for introductions, attestation, or English proficiency. Providing complete, accurate information helps your request move quickly.

Prepare the required information for your letter type. For an introduction letter, for example, provide the name of the individual or organisation it should be addressed to, their address, and any other relevant details.
Submit your request using the prescribed format.
Raise a ticket through the Support Portal.
Await processing. If more information is needed, the team will contact you through your ticket.
Note Requirements vary by letter type, so provide accurate and complete information to avoid delays. Requests with incomplete information may be returned for clarification.
