Miva offers two kinds of transcript. Your student copy is a downloadable version for your personal records, while an official transcript is an authenticated document issued by the university for purposes such as further study, employment, or professional applications.
Log in to the LMS at class.miva.university with your Miva student email and password.
Click your profile icon or initials in the top-right corner to open the menu.
Select Download Student Transcript.
Confirm your Miva student email when prompted and follow the on-screen steps to generate it.
Save the generated copy to your device for your records.
Your CGPA and results are also visible on the SIS, and where available you can download your transcript from there too.
From the same menu, after selecting Download Student Transcript you will see an Official Transcript option, which reads "Do you need the official copy of your transcript? Submit a request." Click Submit a request, complete the form with recipient details and the purpose where required, review for accuracy, and submit. Any applicable fees or requirements are communicated during the request. Official transcripts can also be requested through Miva's dedicated transcript service at student-transcripts.miva.university.
Which email should I use?
Always use your Miva student email when accessing the LMS and generating your transcript.
Can I download my student transcript more than once?
Yes, whenever it is available on the LMS.
Is the student copy an official transcript?
No. It is for personal reference. Request an official transcript for formal purposes.
I cannot access my transcript.
Confirm you are logged in with your Miva student email. If it persists, contact the Success Advisory Team or raise a support ticket.
