Student Support Services and the Support Portal

Student Support Services and the Support Portal

Who is this for?  All learners who need help during their studies.

We are committed to giving you the support you need throughout your studies. As an online university, we know you may not always be able to discuss concerns in person, so the Support Portal is your primary channel for requesting help, asking questions, and resolving issues. It connects you directly with the right university team so your request is handled efficiently.

What the Support Portal can help with

  • Academic and administrative enquiries.

  • Requests for official documents such as introduction letters, official transcripts, attestation letters, and English proficiency letters.

  • Student account enquiries.

  • Payment-related concerns.

  • Technical issues affecting your student experience.

  • General support throughout your studies.

If your request needs input from a specific department, your ticket is routed to the right team. Official transcripts can also be requested directly through Miva's dedicated transcript service.

Why use it

The portal lets you submit concerns to the relevant team, track the progress of your request, receive updates in one place, and keep everything documented. It is organised into categories so each request reaches the right team directly, which avoids delays from misrouted enquiries.

Getting the best support

  • Describe your concern or request clearly.

  • Include relevant details or supporting documents.

  • Respond promptly if the team asks for more information.

If you are unsure which category to choose, your Success Advisor is happy to guide you.
