The Student Information System (SIS) is your control centre for everything administrative: your profile, courses, results, payments, and exam arrangements. Getting familiar with each section helps you stay organised and meet important deadlines. You can reach it at sis.miva.university.
Your dashboard gives you an at-a-glance view of your profile details, current semester information, tuition balance and payment status, academic progress, and quick links to key features. Check it regularly so you never miss an update or deadline.
The Courses section shows every course you are registered for this semester, along with course details and credits. Review it carefully at the start of each semester to confirm your registration is accurate, and use the Go to Class links to reach the LMS.
The Results section holds your academic performance records: semester results, grades for completed courses, and your CGPA over time. Checking it regularly helps you stay on top of your goals and spot where you might need extra support.
The Payments section is where you make tuition payments, view your payment history, download receipts, and track any outstanding balance.
Eligible learners can request a temporary pause in their studies here, then track the approval progress. Review the deferment policy before you apply.
MivaSave is a tuition savings feature that lets you set money aside towards your fees. You can add funds, monitor your balance, track progress towards your goal, and pay tuition directly from your saved funds. Funds in MivaSave are reserved for tuition and cannot be withdrawn or used for other purposes.
Selecting Manage Exam takes you to the Examination Portal, where you can choose your CBT centre and view examination information.
