Students who are unable to write their examination on the set date may reach out to the Miva Success Team with their reason. Depending on the genuineness of their reason, they may be provided an alternative means to take the exams.
- Students may defer their examination due to emergencies or any unforeseen circumstances by applying within the deferment window. Learners who apply within the deferment window will receive feedback within 48 hours of application.
- Supervisors/CBT managers are available on the days of exams to resolve complaints on a real time basis.
- Students who miss both exam windows (Regular and Deferred exam windows) have the option to request for the On-demand examination. To submit a request, students must complete On-Demand Examination Request form
- On-Demand exams cost a nominal fee of ₦10,000 for local learners and $20 for international learners. You are required to make this payment while completing the request form and submit proof of payment in the form.
- You will receive communication from the exams department with information about your new exam schedule.
