Miva offers a range of services to support you academically, help you access support when needed, and make the most of your learning experience.

The services available to you

  • Student Success Advisory Services: your Success Advisor supports you from your first day to graduation, helping you navigate the LMS, understand processes, policies, and access the right support.

  • Support Portal: submit requests to the right department, report issues, track requests, share feedback, and find self-service resources.

  • Career Advancement Centre: build career readiness, develop workplace skills, and join career development programmes.

  • E-Library: e-books, journals, research materials, and other digital resources.

  • Miva Masterclasses: sessions with experienced speakers and industry professionals, open to all learners.

  • AI Literacy Training: learn to use AI responsibly and effectively to boost your productivity and workplace-relevant skills.

  • Bootcamps and Hackathons: build practical skills, collaborate on real projects, and showcase your abilities.

  • Access to premium AI tools: selected tools to support research, writing, and learning, where provided by the university.
