Who is this for? Learners who encounter a problem before or during an examination.
Report exam-related issues as soon as they happen. Before the exam period, confirm you can access the Exam Portal, select an exam centre where applicable, and confirm all your registered examinable courses. If a course is missing or you cannot select a centre, raise a support ticket immediately. If you are scheduled to write at a designated CBT centre, keep your QR code ready, as it is required for entry.
If you are scheduled to write your examinations remotely, confirm your laptop meets the SEB requirements and complete the installation before your exam date. During any exam, report any issue at a centre to the invigilator immediately. If you are writing your examination remotely, check the FAQs and troubleshooting guides first; if the problem persists, contact the Success Team, and if the issue remains unresolved, raise a support ticket immediately.
Note If you miss a scheduled exam due to a technical issue, raise a support ticket as soon as possible with full details so it can be reviewed promptly.
