Finding Missing Courses on the LMS

Finding Missing Courses on the LMS

Who is this for?  Learners who cannot see one or more registered courses on the LMS.

If a registered course is not showing on your LMS, a few quick checks will usually locate it before you need to raise a Ticket.

Before you begin

  • Confirm you registered the course successfully on the SIS.

  • Make sure you are logged in with your student email address.

  • Check that your internet connection is stable.

Steps to find a missing course

  1. Log in to the LMS with your student email and password.

  2. Review the list of courses on your dashboard.

  3. If some courses show but others do not, click All and search for the missing course by its course code.

  4. If it still does not appear, confirm on the SIS that the course was enrolled successfully.

Note that newly registered courses can take a few hours to sync to the LMS, so it is worth waiting and checking again.

When to raise a Ticket

  • A registered course still does not appear after the steps above.

  • Only some of your registered courses are displayed.

  • You have lost access to a course that was previously available.
