Registering Your Courses for a New Semester

Registering Your Courses for a New Semester

Who is this for?  All learners registering for a semester.

Registering for a new semester is straightforward. Log in to your student portal and click Pay and Enrol to reach the payment portal and complete your tuition payment. Once payment succeeds, your available courses appear for enrolment: any outstanding courses first, then your core courses, then electives.

Review the list carefully, select the courses you want, and click Enrol to complete registration. Afterwards, click Go to Class to open the LMS and confirm your courses have synced. If they do not appear right away, allow a few hours and check again.

Note  Make sure your selected courses meet the minimum credit unit requirement for the semester. Any core course you skip becomes an outstanding course that you must complete before graduation, which may extend your study period.

Frequently Asked Questions

I paid my tuition but cannot see my courses. What should I do?

Log out and back in to your portal. If they still do not appear, wait a few hours and check again.

Do I have to enrol in every course displayed?

No. Select the courses you wish to take, but remember that skipped core courses remain outstanding and must be completed before graduation, and your selection must meet the minimum credit units for the semester.

My courses are not on the LMS after enrolment.

Course synchronisation can take a few hours. Check again later, and contact the Success Team if they are still missing after several hours.

Can I enrol without paying tuition?

No. Tuition payment must be completed before you can access and enrol in courses.

I enrolled in the wrong course. What now?

Raise a ticket on the Support Portal requesting a course drop as soon as possible, listing the course names to drop and any relevant details.

What does the Go to Class button do?

It takes you to the LMS, where you access your enrolled courses, learning materials, assignments, and other resources.
